Aromatherapy is based around the use of essential oils which are natural extracts from plants, fruits, herbs and flowers. The oils each have their own properties to help and prevent a wide range of health problems, or simply to help you relax.

A selection of the highest quality essential oils will be blended to suit your individual needs at the time of your treatment. The oils can also be blended and supplied for home treatment in baths, lotions, compresses or inhalations.

Aromatherapy Massage is softer than Deep Tissue Massage and many people fall asleep during their treatments! It is excellent for improving lymphatic flow and eliminating toxins. Different types of massage can be combined within a treatment for optimum effect and the essential oils, with their special benefits, are included within all massage treatments.

Special facial and head massage stimulates blood flow to nourish and cleanse the skin internally, drain away toxins and dissolve tension. The skin is then gently and thoroughly cleansed, followed by a treatment mask, toner and moisturiser or special oil. Skincare products used are completely natural and very gentle (and never tested on animals).

Leisa will then advise on nutrition and other lifestyle factors that influence the texture and appearance of your skin. Kinesiology may be advisable in some cases - Leisa will be happy to discuss this with you.
