Kinesiology Balanced Health
Training Course
The Balanced Health Foundation Course includes a wide range of powerful techniques that can transform the health and lives of you and your family or clients. Held over four modules (each module is two days) it can be used as the foundation course for the professional Kinesiology courses run by the Academy of Systematic Kinesiology (TASK) or as a very valuable course on its own. Plenty of time is allocated for hands on practice and supervision of each technique.
It is suitable both for the complete beginner to healthcare and for other healthcare professionals. Many practitioners find Kinesiology brings a new depth to their existing practice and greatly enhances the treatments they provide adding extra value to their practice.
Kinesiology works by detecting imbalances within the body - it uses muscle testing as a “language” to find out what is imbalanced, what caused it and what is required to fix it and restore balance.

Wow! This is a truly amazing course. I honestly can’t believe how much it has changed the way I think about every aspect of life and its impact on the body.
Leisa is a fabulous teacher. The course has a really intensive syllabus but under her expert tuition it was made not only achievable but enjoyable. Thank you!

The Kinesiology Foundation course was wonderful. It was intensive, but done in such a relaxed and friendly atmosphere that we didn't notice how much we knew! And personally, I feel calmer and more balanced than before. This will be a huge benefit to my practice and more importantly, to myself!

Fantastic! The holistic approach really fits with the approach to therapy that I have. And Leisa is and has been a wonderful teacher. I really appreciated her tolerance and patience and the fact that she will go over something as many times as needed to ensure each element has been fully understood. Thank you!

Taking the Foundation Course in Kinesiology with Leisa has opened up a whole new world of complementary therapy to me. Not only does Leisa put you immediately at ease with her warm, friendly manner, but her in-depth knowledge and experience ( and her patience!), has been invaluable in the understanding and learning of the course. As a bonus, my phobia of cats has gone, using the techniques Leisa has applied from the course. I can now happily stroke her cat Humbug, whereas before, I couldn't be in the same room! I feel confident in treating clients with the new knowledge I now have, and know that Leisa is always available for advice should I need it.

As a massage therapist I have found Leisa's classes extremely helpful in further understanding of the body's responses and underlying conditions. She is a patient and pleasant teacher. I hope to continue to practitioner level and to treat people professionally with my newfound skills.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course. I learnt so much, especially about areas I need to work on myself. Leisa is a brilliant teacher and she explained in detail all we needed to learn. She is a very pleasant person, kind, thoughtful and I know she enjoys teaching as much as I enjoyed learning from her.
I originally thought that because Kinesiology uses muscle testing I would only be working on other people. Needless to say I learnt lots of techniques that I can use on myself and for this I am extremely grateful. My energy levels have improved tremendously and I feel healthier and happier in myself.
Thank you Leisa for giving me the opportunity and being so brilliant at it.
Lots of love

I am a clinical psychologist with an interest in the interaction between the mind and the body. I found the Kinesiology Foundation course absolutely fascinating. I feel I have so much more knowledge about how the mind and body interact. I also find it very useful as a technique to identify emotional issues and to help people to really let go of these conflicts. Personally I use the techniques I have learned on a daily basis and as a result I feel much more physically and emotionally balanced. Leisa is an excellent teacher - she is clear and thorough and very kind as well. I highly recommend this course!

I am already working as a practitioner using massage and reflexology, Reiki and Aromatherapy. This course has been fantastic for learning techniques to get far more insight into what is causing health challenges for my clients and for learning to bring in nutrition and flower essences to help alleviate problems and maintain optimum health. The course was broken down into sections so we could go away and practice before moving on to the next level. A brilliant investment that has already enabled me to give better treatments with more confidence.
